| Always wanted to try | I always really wanted to be an actor as I have been in amateur drama clubs since I was very young.it is a great way for kids to develop I think when growing some of the plays where funny like one we did called the wife.it was only suppose to run for three nights at the local drama club but it ran for 12 days night shows only and word got out and a lot of people came to see it. as well as acting I am a really great singer I suppose that's the irish in me .a critic that night told me that night its years ago now but he said you seem to have a way when it comes to singing and a lot of the songs I sang there was no music playing as it was a local drama group and they had overheads so I just sang the song by air and the critic said a powerful tool you have with your voice but at the time I hadn't a clue what he was talking about.but to this day I still can get any air whether low are high pitched .but I still would loved to have been an actor not for the money and Oscars and baftas but just the acting itself .I am not into all that red carpet nonsense its just not me and it doesn't suit my personality either.i am an extrovert but I like my privacy to.i see acting as a job in the same light as someone packing shelves are sweeping the roads.in other words we all play are part in this life no matter how long are short we are here. I see everyone in life has his are her own talent and that's the way it should be.everyone including myself we all have a gift in one way are the other. |
